FACTORYSTEEL BEARINGS INSTEAD OF THE REAR CERAMIC AT A LOWER PRICE!
After several months of rigorous track testing I can confidently say we have a winner...... This has to be the the most impressive .21 for Truggy application that we have ever seen.......Massive amounts of strong useable bottom end torque and a powercurve that pulls deep into the RPM range... This engine was tested on various track conditions and layouts, from very loose to very high traction...from wide open and flowing to tight technical with short run features..and no matter what the conditions or layout, this engine performed flawlessly on them all....This engine has a screaming top end, but where it impressed us the most, is its bottom end...With the ultra long stroke design, this engine is up on pipe and making power earlier in the RPM range then any other .21 I have come across (And I have run some very powerful .21’s to compare against).... I would say the bottom end is only a slight shade less then our modified OS 25, but what is even crazier is the power delivery is smooth, steady, very predictable and extremely tractable....This thing is anything but a light switch....The carbs modulation of the power delivery is exceptional...Which makes this engine "one of the easiest to drive truggy engines" we have.......We are seeing runtimes anywhere between 9 and 14 minutes, depending on the driver and track conditions.... All in all this is an excelent engine, extremely easy to tune and very stable day to day.
***Paired up with the OFNA 086 pipe combo or the Nova9886 w/42019 extra short header, M2C6074 clutch kit with 4 x 1.0's, running Werks # 6 Medium or Nova C6TGC Medium plugs was the winning setup for our Truggy's

Striving to create the best competition truggy engine, O.S. engineers made a crucial trackside observation that influenced how they designed the 25XZ. While you can push ROAR's legal limit with a .28, power alone doesn't get you the win.
You also need the fuel economy to stay on track while other drivers tick off precious time in the pits. You need a low center of gravity that helps you hold your lead without letting up in the curves. And you need the ability accelerate smoothly at any point in your engine's rpm range.
Like larger engines, the 25XZ delivers all the speed any racer can use — but reduces weight just enough to give you every other advantage, too. It's a racing revelation.
Premium power for owning the winner's circle at 1/8 scale off-road events!
More muscle than a .21 — more compact than a .28.
Lower center of gravity aids in handling.
The slide valve 21JN carburetor allows quick and easy tuning to specific race conditions and has four separate adjustments: High Speed, Mid-Speed, Low-Speed and Throttle-Stop.
10-fin blue anodized cooling head reduces heat.
Five ports
SPECIFICATIONS Stock Number: OSMG2080 Displacement: 0.25 cu in (4.1 cc) Output: 3.1 hp @ 33,000 rpm Bore: 0.689 in (17.5 mm) Stroke: 0.669 in (17 mm) Practical rpm: 4,000-39,000 Weight: 13.1 oz (370 g)

Countless champions, including Mark Pavidis and Atsushi Hara, have trusted O.S. Speed engines to give them a competitive edge. Now, O.S. is proud to continue that winning tradition with the 21XZ-B Speed! A specially designed black-anodized cylinder head improves cooling and reduces weight, while an upgraded, DLC-coated crankshaft improves fuel flow. It all adds up to yet another exceptional, Speed tuned engine from O.S.
Unparalleled, speed-tuned power characteristics.
Lower fuel consumption – offering 8% longer run times than the standard 21XZ-B.
Race-proven 3-port sleeve with special Speed version inner head and porting for smoother acceleration.
Tough, DLC-coated crankshaft features a silicone-filled intake passage for improved fuel flow.
New 21J2(B) three-needle carburetor includes 6 mm, 6.5 mm and 7 mm restrictors for fine-tuned control.
A lowered center of gravity provides steadier vehicle handling.
Long stroke allows for superior torque.
A black anodized crankcase with ceramic ball bearings helps reduce resistance and increase performance.
The 21XZ-B delivers top-of-the-line power and performance, for far less than you’d expect. It’s an ideal upgrade for 21VZ-B V-Spec users that improves torque and acceleration while weighing less and lowering the center of gravity.
New 21J2 three-needle carburetor includes a 7 mm restrictor for fine-tuned control.
Also offers improved fuel mileage and a stronger crankcase.
The OFNA Force .28 Pulstart engine has a good balance of torque and rpm. With the lighter weight piston (compared to the .32) it turns more RPM and develops more HP with little loss on torque. Great motor if you are looking for that extra rpm in a heavy vehicle like Truggies, GTP, and Ovals.
